Shipping policy
Order Processing
Most items are offered as preorders. Once a preorder closes, inventory is ordered from our supplier and processed for shipment.
Please allow approximately 2–4 weeks from the preorder closing date for your order to be prepared and shipped. Processing times may vary depending on supplier availability.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and order size.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.
Delays
While we strive to meet estimated shipping timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to supplier, carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Day Forty-One Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at dayfortyoneco@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
